Leather Trim USA offers contracted services on our Gerber Taurus 2500 Leather Cutting System. The Taurus is an advanced automated leather cutting and nesting system. It offers high-speed cutting with automated color hide scanning, flaw recognition, multiple nesting packages and powerful tools to assist in scheduling and tracking of multiple production runs. The scanning technology is an ideal component to improving high yields and improved material utilization and faster nesting speeds. Two very important factors when you are using expensive leather hides and other high-end textiles.
Along with the the Gerber Taurus 2500 Leather Trim USA used a state of the art CutWorks software for all patter digitzing and new product development. CutWorks provides us a complete design solution for our production needs. The software has the flexibility of importing and exporting files using multiple formats, and processing data quickly for changing cut paths on the spot for more efficient cut times.
