Software:
CutWorks provides us a complete design, nesting and cutting solution for our production needs. The software has the flexibility of importing and exporting files using multiple formats, and processing data quickly for changing cut paths on the spot for more efficient cut times.
Leather Trim’s CutWorks software also utilizes a powerful nesting package for manual, semi- and fully-automatic nesting. This component is very important for improving material utilization and nesting speeds. The picture above is example of how the nesting module utilizes the entire piece of leather after cutting.
